Personal Insights:This is a great piece, from my all time favorite stories "Kingdom Come". I was very luck to get this piece at a great price from Anthony Snyder of Anthony's Collectibles.
General Information: An original comic book page from "Kingdom Come", issue 3, page 40, featuring Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman.
Comic Information: "Kingdom Come" probably the finest comic book ever written. Story by Mark Waid and Alex Ross, who also drew the comic book. The book adaptation by Elliot S. Maggin. It is a story of salvation and Armageddon. Superman has quit, left, and all the heroes left behind him. A new generation of super heroes is born, without the values of the old gods. There are no more villains, the heroes fight among themselves, in the process destroying the world, and everything that has been achieved by their predecessors. Wonder Woman convinces the Man of Steel to come back ... and that is just the first quarter of the series.
Artist Information: Alex Ross' is one of the only artists to change an industry for fans. His painted realistic style has created waves of emotions and cries of awe by both peers and readers. I am very lucky to own such a piece. Alex Ross has done multiple projects from Superman and the rest of the DC characters, to the X-Men and the whole Marvel gang, there just isn't enough words to describe this man's influence and ability.
