Personal Insights: I got this piece from The Artist's Choice. If one looks closely they can see the famous Superman "S" logo on the coffin. This is a great piece, notice the stature of the cabby, the flags at half staff, while Perry White, Jimmy Olson, and Lois Lane look on.

General Information: This piece was a big mystery, I could not place it, I knew I saw it before, but could not remember where. I turned to the internet and published a post on the famous Comicart-l internet list. To my amazment I did not find an answer there either. That is until Mr. Jurgens joined. Here is what he said: I believe that's an illustration for the book Louise Simonson wrote (Doomsday and Beyond?). I drew several illustrations that were inked by Jose Luis Garcia Lopez.
