General Information: This is one of the last covers that Howard Porter did for the JLA. This is from the "Tower of Babel" storyline. The word bubble have none sense written in them. Howard is no longer working in the comics field. This cover is also signed in gold ink by Drew Geraci, the cover's inker!!
