Personal Insights: I got this piece from an auction, I just really liked it and the price was right.

General Information: This is an original painting of Superman using his heat vision to kill a giant snake while a young lady looks on horrified. The art is painted in ink & acrylic washes & paint on a 20.25 X 16.5" sheet of illustration Bristol board. It is signed & dated.

Artist Information: Ken Landgraf has worked for both Marvel (Wolverine vs. Hercules in Hulk Treasury #26 etc.), and DC (Hawkman, World's Finest, Nightwing &Flambird, and assorted horror books. He has also put out his own books including New York City Outlaws, Starfighters, and Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers.. He is in the "Tony Randall Collection" and has been recommended for a "Jackson Pollock"award.
