Personal Insights: This is a great piece, I got from my friend Larry Shell. Larry was kind enough to sell it to me, and give me a ride to the garage where my truck was being fixed. What a guy!

General Information: With this piece I've had to do some research, I have contacted a friend of Mr. Ordway, and here is the response I've gotten:

Mr. Ordway said:

"The Superman shot is virtually unpublished, but it's complicated. It
and another Supes shot was drawn for a Heroes World exclusive signed
edition of Adventures #500, but after it was drawn, DC decided not to let Heroes World (not Marvel owned at the time) use Superman on their slipcase! I redrew them both into a generic Heroes World superguy, and they did like, 500 copies."
